Ann Arbor Academy is a private non-profit school dedicated to helping students with learning challenges including LD, ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, and 2e (twice exceptional; gifted students who also experience one of the difficulties listed above) plan, understand, and build a foundation for success. We provide a rigorous academic program and individualized support to identify and remediate areas of weakness. We assist our students in identifying their learning styles and strategies for success so that they can become effective self-advocates. We aim to provide students with opportunities to discover and nurture their strengths, including opportunities for success in the fine and performing arts. We employ multi-sensory techniques in the classroom, and organizational and study skills are taught throughout the curriculum. Ann Arbor Academy is a private, non-profit school.
