Admission Policies and Tuition

The Ann Arbor Academy admits students who struggle in other school environments due to learning disabilities or attention issues. We are not a therapeutic environment, and cannot rehabilitate students struggling with substance abuse. If you have questions as to whether the Academy is the right learning environment for your child, we encourage you to call or to come to an open house, and you will be able to talk to our admissions director at that time.

If you wish to receive an information packet and schedule a visit to the Academy, please e-mail the office at office@annarboracademy.org or call (734)747-6641. We admit students throughout the school year, as long as there are spaces available.

The cost to attend the Ann Arbor Academy is $16,000 per year, a price that reflects our low student/teacher ratio. Additionally, there is a $500 book fee charged, due to the fact that Academy students learn best when they can highlight and write in their own textbooks. There are a limited number of scholarships available each year, and the office staff can mail the necessary application forms upon request. Should you choose to make a donation to the Academy, the scholarship program is an excellent choice.
