Carol Jacobs

Carol Jacobs earned a Master of Education degree in Learning Disabilities from Marygrove College in Detroit.  She holds a Michigan Continuing Teaching Certificate and has had many years of teaching experience.  She has taught preschool through eighth grade students with learning differences in a variety of settings in Michigan and Ohio.  She has utilized various instructional methods, including Orton-Gillingham, FAST Phonics and Easy CBM.  Her teaching strategies are eclectic and multisensory.  She owns a home in Ann Arbor and lives with her three cats.  Her hobbies include dance, playing instrumental music, hiking and reading.
